元月8日，安徽省政府组织驻省各口岸联检单位对马鞍山长江港口有限公司公共码头对外籍轮开放进行验收。验收工作小组实地查看了码头监管场所、监管设施、业务办公用房等，并听取码头建设情况汇报。验收会议由省政府韩军副秘书长主持，许宗茂副关长代表海关发表讲话。验收组一致认为，马鞍山长江港口有限公司公共码头已基本具备了正式对外开放的条件，一致通过验收。至此，马鞍山共有三个具有一定规模的公共码头可以停靠外籍轮，从而为进一步扩大对外开放创造了条件。
