申报为手电筒，其实是假名牌手表。1月28日，杭州海关下属金华海关在国门前截下了这批企图蒙混出关的假货，当场查扣标有NIKE、ADIDAS、PUMA、CK、GUCCI、HUGO－BOSS、浪琴、欧米茄、阿玛尼、卡帝亚、西铁城等11种品牌标记的共1026块名牌手表。
货物申报单上填报的是“手电筒”，海关关员在对货物实施开箱查验时却发现标有各种品牌的手表盒，这一细节引起了海关关员的关注。经仔细检查，海关关员在集装箱内部找到一批与手表盒品牌标志相同的手表。这些手表做工较为粗糙，经初步核对，涉嫌侵犯相对应国际品牌的知识产权。（陈立平）
