全国一体化通关改革将启动试点

据新华社电海关总署政法司司长陈旭东5月18日在国际报关协会同盟2016上海国际会议上说，今年6月1日起，全国通关一体化改革将率先在上海启动试点。

据介绍，全国一体化通关主要内容是打造全国海关风险防控中心和税收征管中心“两个中心”，同时建立货物通关“一次申报、分步处置”、实施税收征管方式改革、建立协同监管机制“三项制度”，强化跨部门、跨地区通关协作。（文章来源：中国商务新闻网）
