铜精矿加工贸易政策对部分企业“解禁” 铜陵有色名列其中

    3月2日，商务部、海关总署下发了《关于开展铜精矿加工贸易有关问题的通知》（商产函〔2009〕3号），铜精矿加工贸易政策对部分企业正式“解禁”，符合条件的企业全国仅7家，合肥海关辖区安徽省铜陵有色集团控股有限公司名列其中，该公司经国务院批准，符合国家发改委发布的《铜冶炼行业准入条件》，被确定允许开展铜精矿的加工贸易业务。

    在当前全球金融危机影响深远的特殊背景下，铜陵有色集团控股有限公司被允许开展铜精矿加工贸易，对缓解我省铜产业的产能过剩、充分利用国际国内两个市场两种资源以及企业自身改善经营状况方面将产生重大影响。
