池州海关建立与报关企业联动机制及时处理未及时结关出口报关单

        池州海关开关以来针对出口转关货物较多的情况，高度关注随时可能出现的未及时结关现象，建立了与口岸海关及两地报关企业的联动机制，指定专人每天关注出口转关核销情况，对已核销未结关超过15天以上的先通过H2000系统查询，发现未及时结关的具体原因后，一方面要求本地报关企业与口岸报关企业联系，尽快修改相关清洁舱单数据，重新向口岸海关报送，另一方面通过邮件或传真形式与口岸海关经办关员联系，请其协助加快重新结关操作。截止到8月底，已累计处理9票超期15天以上未结关报关单，保证了企业及时申请出口退税和海关统计数据的完整准确。
